摘 要:针对芦子沟煤矿开采的5401工作面出现长时间停产,且地表向工作面漏风严重,其上覆采空区遗煤出现自然发火迹象,根据矿井角联通风理论,结合均压通风防灭火技术建立卸压式均压防灭火系统。采取卸压式均压防灭火措施后,工作面CO体积分数由300×10-6降至0,上部钻孔内CO体积分数由5 000×10-6逐渐减小至0,防灭火效果明显,解决了这种短期内迫切需要克服的采空区遗煤自然发火的难题。To counter the problems of the long-time suspension of production in 5401 working face, the serious air leakage from surface to the working face and the signs of spontaneous ignition of residual coal in the overlying mined out area, the fire prevention and extinguishing system by pressure relief and balance ventilation was established according to the mine diagonal ventilation theory and "with the combination of the pressure balance for air control. After adopting the fire prevention and extinguishing technology by pressure relief and balance ventilation, the CO volume fraction in the working face reduced from 300 x 10-6 to 0, the CO volume fraction in the upper borehole decreased gradually from 5 000 × 10-6 to 0, good fire prevention and extinguishing effect was achieved, and the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in a short period in the gob was thus solved.
