摘　　要：介绍了国内外煤层气资源开发利用现状,分析认为"十三五"阶段我国煤层气开发的重点是地面煤层气开发。基于我国煤层地质条件及煤矿开采需求,介绍了地面煤层气开发中的压裂增透技术及煤矿区煤层气地面井抽采技术,分析了煤层气地面开发面临的政策和经济性问题,并提出相应建议。简述了地面煤层气利用方式,指出地面煤层气利用项目需要根据集输条件、气源规模和气源组成,选择恰当的利用途径。通过对地面煤层气开发利用情况分析,指出地面煤层气开发利用对提高煤层气利用效率具有积极意义,是未来煤层气开发利用的发展方向。In this paper, the exploitation and utilization status of coalbed methane resources at home and abroad were introduced, and the analysis show-ed that the focus of coalbed methane exploitation at the stage of “13th Five-Year＂ Plan in our country should be surface coalbed methane exploitation. Based on the requirements of the geological conditions of coal seams and coal mining,the permeability enhancement technology by fracturing and the surface coalbed methane extraction technology in coal mining area were described, the policy and economic issues faced by surface coalbed methane exploitation were analyzed, and corresponding suggestions were put forward. The paper also introduced the surface coalbed methane utilization ways＇ and it pointed out that the coalbed methane utilization projects should select proper utilization ways according to the gathering and transportation conditions＇ the size and composition of gas sources. it was concluded from the analysis on the surface coalbed methane exploitation and utilization that the exploitation and utilization of the surface coalbed methane had positive significance for the improvement of the coalbed methane utilization efficiency, and was the development direction of coalbed methane exploitation and utilization in the future.
