摘 要:目的分析基于Kano模式的儿科急诊护理患者满意度影响因素。方法选择50例患儿家属对所设计的儿科急诊护理服务需求问卷的Kano模式属性、满意度进行研究。根据调查结果对不同属性需求进行改进,比较改进前后儿科急诊护理患者满意度。结果儿科急诊护理需求中基本属性14项,期望属性3项,兴奋属性3项。改进后满意度73.3%高于改进前的40.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Kano模式进行的儿科急诊护理服务的改进,可明显提高患者满意度及儿科急诊护理质量。Objective To study the factors influencing the satisfaction of pediatric emergency nursing patients based on Kano mode. Methods The Kano mode attributes and satisfaction of the pediatric emergency care service demand questionnaire were studied by 50 families of children. According to the survey results for different attributes to improve the demand,improved the satisfaction of pediatric emergency care patients. Based on the Kano mode,this study differentiated the needs of emergency patients in pediatric patients,understood the needs of patients at different levels,and provided reference for improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Results There were 14 attributes,3 attributes and 3 attributes of charm in emergency nursing care. Improved satisfaction was significantly increased. The improved satisfaction 73. 3% was higher than the satisfaction before improvement 40. 9%. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The improvement of pediatric emergency nursing service based on Kano model can improve patient satisfaction and improve the quality of emergency nursing care.
