老年脑外伤病人负性情绪与社会支持及其希望水平的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨老年脑外伤病人负性情绪与社会支持及其希望水平的关系。[方法]2016年1月—2016年12月应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、Herth希望量表对80例老年脑外伤病人负性情绪、社会支持及希望水平进行评价,分析老年脑外伤病人负性情绪与社会支持及其希望水平的关系。[结果]老年脑外伤病人HAMA评分为25.22分±3.25分,HAMD评分为23.98分±4.02分;社会支持总评分为65.17分±3.80分,其中主观支持为24.22分±3.74分,客观支持为14.15分±3.40分,支持利用度为10.20分±3.41分;希望水平总评分为25.36分±2.42分,其中积极行动评分为8.24分±1.74分,与他人保持密切关系评分为8.92分±1.54分,目前及未来态度评分为9.18分±0.94分。经Pearson单因素分析可知,老年脑外伤病人HAMA评分、HAMD评分与社会支持总评分、客观支持、支持利用度、希望水平总评分、积极行动评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]老年脑外伤病人焦虑、抑郁情绪与社会支持及希望水平有密切的关系。通过给予病人足够的社会支持,提高病人希望水平,有助于减轻病人不良情绪,促进病人身心健康。Objective:To probe into the relationship between negative emotions and social support and the level of hope in elderly patients with brain trauma.Methods:The levels of negative emotions,social support and hope level of 80 cases of elderly patients with brain trauma were evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),social support rating scale(SSRS)and Herth hope scale from January 2016 to December 2016.Results:The score of HAMA in elderly patients with brain trauma was(25.22±3.25)and HAMD score was(23.98±4.02).The total score of social support was(65.17±3.80),in which subjective support score was(24.22±3.74),objective support score was(14.15±3.40),support utilization score was(10.20±3.41).The total score of hope level was(25.36±2.42),in which positive action score was(8.24±1.74),the score of keeping intimate relationship with others was(8.92±1.54),the score of current and future attitudes was(9.18±0.94).The HAMA score and HAMD score were negatively correlated with the overall scores of social support,objective support,support utilization,expected total score and positive action score by Pearson univariate analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anxiety and depression in elderly patients with brain trauma were closely related to social support and hope level.To give the patients enough social support and raise patient's hope level can reduce the patient's bad mood and promote the patient's physical and mental health.
