Objective:To observe the application effect of combined defecation strategy based on multi-factor confirmation for patients with spinal fracture. Methods:A total of 88 patients with spinal fracture from January to June in 2016 were selected as control group, which received conventional preventive intervention of constipation, while a total of 86 patients with spinal fracture from July to December in 2016 were selected as observation group, which received combined defecation strategy based multi-factor confirmation. The effect of defecation and nurse-patients satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the integral quantity of defecation and the incidence of constipation in patients with spinal fracture in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while the patients' satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);After the implementation of combined defecation strategy based multi factor confirmation, the nurses' satisfaction was significantly higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of combined defecation strategy based on multi factor confirmation could significantly improve the effect of promoting defecation and nurse-patients satisfaction.
