女大学生身心健康状况调查与分析——以无锡工艺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：采用自编的《女大学生身心健康调查表》,对无锡工艺职业技术学院两百多名女生进行了问卷调查,结果发现:虽然多数学生对健康有一定的正面认识并能在一定程度上规范自己,但仍然存在着不少不良状况。因此,必须进行理论的引导,培养形成健康的生活习惯,增强体魄,从而为今后的家庭幸福、事业成功打下牢固的基础。This paper adopts the ＂ female college students ^ physical and mental health questionnaire＂ to make a questionnaire survey of more than two hundred girls in Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology. It is found that although the majority of students has certain positive recognition to health and can regulate themselves to some extent, but there are still a lot of bad conditions. Therefore, theoretical guidance must be carried out to cultivate healthy living habits and strengthen the physique, thus laying a solid foundation for future family happiness and career success.
