摘　　要：目的探讨在医疗设备质量管理中应用PDCA循环的临床意义。方法选取该院呼吸ICU、重症医学科2015年2—6月报告的与医疗设备质量控制有关的案例80例,此为实施前案例,上述科室于2015年7月实施PDCA循环管理,选取2015年7—11月报告的与医疗设备质量控制有关的案例80例,此为实施后案例,探讨实施效果。结果实施后医疗设备质控提升至98.8%,悬挂状态标志提升至100.0%,填写一级保养表提升至98.8%,悬挂二级保养牌提升至100.0%;重症医学科医疗设备质量控制执行率提升至97.5%,呼吸ICU提升至97.5%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医疗设备质量管理中应用PDCA循环临床意义重大。Objective This paper tries to probe the important clinic significance of using PDCA cycle in medical equipment quality control. Methods 80 cases related to quality control of medical equipment in this hospital respiratory ICU, severe medical department from February to June in 2015 was selected as the cases before the implementation. 80 cases related to quality control of medical equipment from July to November in 2015 of the above-mentioned departments after the implemented the PDCA cycle management in July 2015 was selected as the case after the implementation, and the implementation effect was discussed. Results The control rate of medical equipment quality in after implementation was up to 98.8%,and the suspension status flag was up to 100.0%,the filling of first class maintenance form was up to 98.8%, the suspension secondary maintenance card was up to 100.0%.The implementation rate of medical equipment quality control in critical care medicine department and respiration ICU was up to 97.5%, by comparison was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in medical equipment quality control is of great clinic significance.
