摘 要:ICP-OES是测定复杂基体中元素的分析技术,具有快速、多元素测定和灵敏度高等特点,ICP-OES广泛应用于石油及其产品中常量金属元素测定工作。采用HNO3为消解体系经微波消解重整催化剂样品。通过优化电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)的工作条件,采用内标校正标准工作曲线法,建立了ICP-OES测定重整催化剂中铂元素含量的分析方法。根据绘制元素标准曲线,测定重整催化剂中铂元素加标平均回收率为99.34%~102.70%,相对标准偏差为0.50%。该方法用于重整催化剂中铂元素的鉴别和测定,简便快捷,结果准确,适合测定石油及其产品中常量元素,对企业加工过程和产品品质控制有着至关重要的作用。ICP-OES is an analytical technique for the determination of elements in complex matrices,which has rapid,multi-element determination and high sensitivity characteristics.It is widely used in the constant determination of metal elements in petroleum and its products.HNO3 acid were used to digest reforming catalyst under microwave digestion system.By optimizing the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)working conditions,using internal calibration standard working curve method,the analysis method for the determination of platinum element in reforming catalyst was established.According to the standard curve of the element,the average recoveries of the platinum element in the reforming catalyst were 99.34%~102.70%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.50%.The method can be used for the identification and determination of platinum element in the reforming catalyst,which is simple,rapid,and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of constant elements in petroleum and its products and plays a vital role in enterprise processing and product quality control.
