摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,从不同角度对黑龙江省10所高校74个体育社团的管理运行现状进行了调查研究,根据研究结果得出黑龙江省大学体育社团管理中存在的主要问题,并从管理学角度进行剖析和干预,提出进一步的优化策略,以期丰富大学生课余文化生活,为黑龙江省大学体育社团的持续发展提供理论依据。; In this paper,the methods of literature and questionnaire survey were used to study the present management situation of 74 sports communities in 10 Heilongjiang universi-ties. According to the results, locate the key problems which restrict the development of the university sports clubs in Heilongjiang province, and analyze from the angle of management. Afterwards, put forward the optimization strategies, so as to enrich college students＂extracur-ricular activities, and provides the references for the development of Heilongjiang university sports clubs.
