摘　　要：家庭是社会的基本细胞,家庭图书馆化的建设既是全民阅读的重要举措,也是家庭、家教与家风教育的重要途径。文章在论述家庭图书馆化建设的意义、风格布局原则及服务功能设计基础上,提出提升家庭图书馆综合利用率策略:建设"互联网+家庭"的虚实资源体系,积极组织家庭阅读活动,踊跃参加与组织社区阅读推广活动,努力获取政府支持,创建"图书馆+家庭"阅读服务体系,探索社会力量援助家庭图书馆的"会员"发展模式。Family is the foundation of society,the construction of family library is an important measure for national reading（program）,and it is also an important way of family education.The paper discusses the significance,the principles of style and the design of service function of family library; and puts forward the strategy to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of family library： constructing the＂ Internet ＋ family＂virtual resource system,organizing actively family reading activities,being involved with community reading programs enthusiastically,striving for the government support,building＂library ＋ family＂reading service system and exploring the＂membership＂development model of family library assisted by social forces.
