摘　　要：文章分析美国高校图书馆有效治理的主要因素,旨在为国内高校图书馆提供借鉴与参考。研究表明:组织文化与人际关系建设是有效治理应重视的因素,治理结构与制度设计是有效治理的重要研究方向,治理模式的评价是有效治理的重要研究内容,理性分析、循序渐进是国内高校图书馆比较合适的借鉴方式。This paper analyzes the main factors of the effective governance of American university libraries,so as to provide reference for their counterparts in China.The results indicate： governance structure and institutional design is a factor that should be taken seriously;governance structure and institutional design are of significance for the future research;the evaluation of governance model is an important part of the study of effective governance;and rational analysis and step-by-step approach are the appropriate methods for reference.
