摘  要:传统的开级配排水磨耗层多采用高粘沥青、橡胶沥青、SBS等热塑性改性沥青,存有耐久性差、抗疲劳弱等问题,环氧沥青具有比普通沥青优异的强度、耐久性、抗疲劳及抗老化性能。本文借鉴国外开级配排水磨耗层设计理念,采用自主研发的路用环氧沥青,开发开级配环氧沥青排水磨耗层混合料EOGFC-10,并通过大量的室内试验,评价开级配环氧沥青混合料的力学性能和路用性能,验证环氧沥青用于开级配排水磨耗层混合料的可行性。试验结果表明,研发的路用环氧沥青施工可容留时间120 min,满足路面施工组织要求。开级配环氧沥青混合料EOGFC-10,力学强度和高温性能优异,各项路用性能均满足技术要求。High-viscosity asphalt,rubber asphalt,SBS modified asphalt has been used in traditional open graded asphaltfriction course,but existing problems such as poor durability,anti fatigue and so on. Comparing with ordinary asphalt,epoxy asphalt has superior strength,durability,anti fatigue and anti ageing properties. In this paper,drawing on thedesign concept of foreign open graded drainage wear layer,developing open-graded epoxy asphalt mixture(EOGFC-10)by using independent research epoxy asphalt. To evaluate the mechanical properties and pavement performance of open鄄graded epoxy asphalt mixture,and to verify the feasibility of the epoxy asphalt mixture for open graded asphalt frictioncourse through a large number of laboratory tests. The test results show that independent research epoxy asphaltpavement construction can be organization in 120 min that meeting the requirements. Open graded epoxy asphalt mixture(EOGFC-10)has excellent performance of mechanical strength and high temperature. All the performance of the roadused to meet the technical requirements.
