摘　　要：王叡,晚唐著名学者、诗人,号炙毂子。由于史料相对缺乏,其生平事迹记载简略,主要保存在《神仙感遇传》一文中。据《炙毂子》佚文相关史料考证,王叡大约生于穆宗长庆(821—824)年间,卒于哀帝天祐(904—907)年间。其籍贯为新繁人,琅琊(郡望)人之说不可信。The life stories of Wang Rui, a famous scholar and poet of the late Tang Dynasty, is mainlyrecorded in Shen Xian Gan Yu Zhuan （神仙感遇传） . According to the lost texts of Zhi Gu Zi （炙毂子） andother historical materials, Wang Rui was born in the years of Chang Qing period of Emperor Mu Zong of the TangDynasty and died in the years of TianYou period of Emperor Ai Di of the Tang Dynasty. Wang Rui’s nativeplace is Xin Fan （新繁） . The viewpoint that his native place is LangYa （琅琊） is incredible.
