摘　　要：在比较分析我国目前各种主要PPP项目融资模式的基础上,结合"新水源资产支持专项计划"产品的结构设计,论述资产证券化作为一种融资方式创新,在PPP项目融资中发挥的积极作用,进一步分析了目前我国PPP项目资产证券化推动过程中的难点、障碍以及具体的解决思路。The financing modes of PPP projects in China were analyzed. With the structural design of theproducts of the Special Support Plan for New Water Source Asset as an example, the author found that the assetsecuritization playeda positive role in the financing of PPP projects as an innovative financing mode.Furthermore, the difficulties and obstacles for advancing asset securitization of PPP projects in China werestudied. Finally, some ways to solve the problems are proposed.
