应用型本科高校依托“双创”平台助力教师发展的实践探索——以梧州学院为例

摘　　要：教师专业发展是学校发展、人才培养的关键因素,在当前"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,新建地方应用型本科高校应针对教师发展存在的问题,依托"双创"平台,采取多种措施,在推动学校创新创业教育发展的同时也助力教师的专业发展,建设一支适应学校发展需要的高素质教师队伍。Teachers ＊ professional development is a key factor for the development of universities and the education of talents.In the present context of “ mass entrepreneurship and innovation” , the newly - built application - oriented undergraduate local universitiesshould, according to the problems in teachers9 development, take various measures with the support of 4〈Mass entrepreneurshipand innovation” platform to push teachers’ professional development while pushing the development of innovation and business - startingeducation so as to establish a high - quality teaching team that can meet the requirements for the development of universities.
