摘　　要：研制了轧辊离心浇铸用新型端盖浇注料,以优质焦宝石为主要原料,基质由莫来石矿相组成,同时基质中引入氧化铝微粉,以便浇注料在使用过程中,引入的Al2O3与Si O2反应生成莫来石。新研制的端盖浇注料其热震稳定性提高,生产成本降低,使用寿命大幅提高。This paper studies a kind of new type castable used for end cover in centrifugal cast roll production. The castable is prepared with high-quality flint clay as main raw material,mullite ore as matrix,and added alumina micro powder to produce mullite through the reaction of the introduced Al_2O_3 with SiO_2 during use. The new type castable improves the thermal shock resistance,reduces the production cost and increases the service life.
