摘　　要：通过分析高校档案馆公共服务的内容、高校档案馆开展公共服务的重要性,并研究高校档案馆公共服务保障机制,从政策法规建设、人才队伍建设、档案资源内容到档案服务方式的研究,为提升高校档案馆公共服务能力提供保障机制。Through the analysis of the content and the importance of public service of university archives,and the study of public service guarantee mechanism of university archives,the study from the construction of policies and regulations,personnel construction,contents of archives resources to archives service mode provides protection mechanism to enhance the capacity of public service of university archives.
