摘　　要：分析了辽宁省农业科学院为支撑新型农业经营主体发展,在科技推广项目实施、科企合作、知识产权转让、科技服务、产业基地建设、院地科技共建、专家服务和相关政策制定等方面的做法和经验,提出了目前在支持新兴农业经营主体发展中存在的问题和建议。Some practices and experiences of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences in supporting new agricultural business entities were analyzed,such as the implementation of technical promotion projects,cooperation between research institutes and enterprises,transfer of intellectual property,technology service,industrial base construction,cooperation between the academy and the local government,expert service,related policy formulation,and so on.The problems and corresponding suggestions in supporting the development of emerging agricultural business entities were put forward.
