摘　　要：目的探讨药品集中招标采购问题和对策。方法查阅相关文献并结合该院医实际情况,总结药品集中招标采购问题,提出对策。结果存在着缺乏正确认识、集中招标采购不规范、价格管理混乱等问题。结论采取提高认识、规范招标流程、加强药品价格管理等便可以实现药品集中招标采购的不断规范。Objective To study the problems and strategies of Drug centralized bidding procurement. Methods The relevant literatures were referred to and the problems of drug centralized bidding procurement were summarized according to the practical conditions and the strategies were put forwards. Results The problems such as lack of accurate recognition, non-standard centralized bidding procurement and mixed price management existed. Conclusion The measures of improving awareness, standardizing the procurement process and enhancing the drug price management can realize the continuousstandardization of drug centralized bidding procurement.
