摘　　要：该文主要以家庭签约医生责任制下城市社区公共卫生服务模式的创新展开论述,结合当下家庭医生签约服务实施中存在的问题为主要依据,从加强宣传,动员全员参与、加大对家庭医生签约服务投入、完善人才引进和激励机制、政策配套保障机制到位、建立家庭医生签约服务信息系统这五方面展开深入探索与研究,加大对城市社区公共卫生服务模式的创新力度,提高家庭签约医生责任制下城市社区公共卫生服务水平与质量。The paper elaborates the urban community public health service model under the family contract doctor respon-sibility system and deeply explores and researches the five aspects of enhancing the publicity, motivating all staff to partici-pate, increasing the input of family contract doctor service, improving the talent introduction and motivation mechanism, im-proving the policy supporting and guarantee mechanism as well as establishing the service information of family doctors to increase the innovation force to the urban community public health service model and improve the urban community public health service level and quality under the family contract doctor responsibility system.
