护理法律风险管理应用精神科护理管理中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的对精神科患者实施护理法律风险管理,评估其护理效果,旨在为提高患者的护理质量提供理论依据。方法将该院自2014年9月—2017年3月期间收治的精神科患者作为该次受试对象,从中选取112例进行该次研究。患者根据护理模式的不同分为对照组(常规护理)和实验组(风险管理),对比两组患者不同护理干预后风险事件的发生情况及患者家属对于护理的认可度,以评估护理法律风险管理应用于精神科护理管理中的价值。结果进行风险管理后,实验组患者中风险事件的发生率显著低于对照组,且实验组患者的投诉事件也显著低于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);风险管理护理的实验组中,有92.9%的患者家属表示满意护理方式,显著高于对照组的82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科患者的日常护理中,实施护理法律风险管理,能够显著降低患者治疗期间危险事件的发生概率,减少了患者家属投诉事件的发生,进而提高了患者对于护理的满意度,有助于改善护患关系,促进患者病情的恢复。Objective To implement the nursing legal risk management for patients in the department of psychiatry and e-valuate the nursing effect in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the nursing quality of patients. Methods 112 cases of patients in the department of psychiatry admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing models, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the risk management, and the occurrence of risk events after nursing inter-vention and recognition degree of patients 爷 family to nursing were compared between the two groups in order to evaluate the application value of nursing legal risk management in the nursing management in the department of psychiatry. Results Af-ter the risk management, the incidence rate of risk event in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the compliant events of patients 爷 family in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree to risk management nurs-ing in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.9% vs 82.1%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing legal risk management in the daily nursing in patients in the department of psychiatry can improve the nursing satisfactory degree, improve the medical relationship and promote the disease recovery.
