学术期刊跨区域集群化发展的路径探析

摘　　要：学术期刊作为科学研究工作者学术交流的前沿阵地和学术成果发表与推广的重要平台,对推动我国的科学研究发展事业起着举足轻重的作用。现今我国学术期刊产业呈现出区域间的严重失衡的发展趋势,通过分析我国学术期刊产业跨区域集群式发展"市场+科技+利益"三大动因,借鉴英美等发达国家期刊集团从独立办刊到跨区域集群化发展之路,提出我国学术期刊集群化发展的路径:利用优势品牌效应,加大内外资源整合;建立跨区域集群化服务平台,实现期刊信息服务;集群协同发展,满足各方利益。Academic Journals, as the forefront and platform of academic exchange for scientific workers and promotion for scientific achievements, play a key role in speeding the development of academic research in our nation. Due to the extremely imbalanced development of the industry of academic journals in different regions and based on the experience from developed countries such as Britain and America, where the periodical group shifts from independent publication of one journal to cross-regional cluster development of journals, the article aims at making an analysis of factors(market, technology,benefits) affecting cross-regional cluster development of the industry of academic journals and also putting forward cross-regional cluster development of academic journals in our nation: integrating resources home and abroad to give full play to brand effect; establishing service platform of cross-regional clustering to realize information service of journals; focusing on cluster development with cooperation to meet the interest of all parties.
