摘  要:为了对现有数控群进行物联网改造,实现企业由自动化孤岛到物联网集成制造系统的转换,文章研究了基于构件的数控群物联网改造技术和实施方法。首先探讨了数控体系的物联网架构的分解与重构,构件库表示以及基于刻面的构件分类。并基于此以双面铣液压车床、液压点胶机和全自动剥线压线端子机为例做了构件检索和建模的示例分析,最终建立了新的基于构件的数控群。这种方法避免了对大多的数控硬件的重新设计和大大减少了数控软件工作量,使整体改造成本减少了2/3,改造周期缩短了1/2,且完全实现了数字化和网络化的改造目标,同时模块化的设计也可满足未来进一步扩展的需求。In order to carry on the Io T transformation in the existing CNC group,realize the upgrade of the enterprise from the automation island to the Io T integrated manufacturing system,this paper has a study on the transformation technology and implementation method of CNC group for Io T( Internet of Things). Firstly it discusses the decomposition and reconstruction CNC architecture from Io T point of view,component library representation and component classification based on facets. Secondly,it makes a case study for component retrieval and modeling taking the double milling lathe,the hydraulic hydraulic dispenser and automatic stripping line terminal machine as an example. Finally it builds up the newCNC group based on components. This method can avoid to redesign of CNC hardware,and mostly and greatly reduce the workload of CNC software,the overall transformation cost is reduced by 2/3,the transformation period is shortened to1/2 of original,and it can full realize the goal of the digital and network transformation,while modular design can also meet the future demand for further expansion.
