摘　　要：加强广西青年智库建设研究,对于丰富中国智库理论研究、开展高端智库建设试点工作具有重要的意义。智库自身建设要以创新及其成果为驱动力,应积极扩大智库资金来源渠道,承接相关横向课题,探索广西智库人才合理流动的"旋转门"制度,增强广西青年智库发展的可持续性。Enhancement of research on Guangxi youth think tank construction is of great significance for diversi-fication of China think tank theoretical research and launching of the pilot work of high-end think tank construction. Self-construction of think tank calls for innovation and its achievementsdriven work,vigorous expansion of funding source for think tank, undertaking of related horizontal subject research, exploration of rational mobile ＂revolving door” system for Guangxi youth think tank and intensification of sustainability of Guangxi youth think tank development.
