摘 要:本文针对新建本科院校教师在使用实验室时存在的问题,结合本校实际,归纳出实验室管理与维护的措施:建立完善的实验室管理、维护制度;提高维护人员的业务水平和综合素质;与彼此关连人员进行业务交流和沟通学习;解决好实验室与师生的关系。并且,对维护人员提出更高的要求:爱岗敬业,勇于创新;强化节约、创新意识;为全校教师和学生服务,为社会服务。In view of the problems existing in the use of laboratory by teachers in newly established universities,this paper sums up the measures for laboratory management and maintenance in light of the actual situation of the author’s university:establishing perfect laboratory management and maintenance system; improving the professional level and comprehensive quality of maintenance personnel; communicating with each other; solving the relationship between the laboratory and teachers and students. Moreover,higher requirements are put forward to maintenance personnel: dedication,courage to innovate; strengthening the sense of thrift and innovation; serving teachers and students of the whole school,as well as serving the society.
