摘　　要：农业部、国家质量监督检验检疫总局、司法部先后就农林牧渔各领域的损失鉴定进行了规定,并由环保部出台了涵盖生态与环境损害的鉴定推荐方法,我国环境损害鉴定制度也得以初步确立。但面对较为严重的农业环境污染问题,已有的农业环境损害赔偿鉴定制度难以发挥其实际作用,仍存在资金匮乏、程序不健全等问题,尚需从准入及资质等级制度、鉴定程序与方法、鉴定资金保障等方面进一步完善。Although, the Ministry of Agriculture, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Justice have carried out environmental damage appraisal system in the fields of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, and then Ministry of Environmental Protection has introduced regulation covering appraisal and assessment methods of ecological and environmental damage, however, in the face of serious agricultural environmental pollution problems, the existing assessment and appraisal system of compensation for agricultural environmental damage is difficult to play its role, and still has such problems as lack of funding, unsound program. China＇s appraisal system of compensation for agricultural environmental damage needs to be further improved.
