摘　　要：大学生就业信息资源是高校开展就业指导、就业研究和为学生提供就业信息服务等工作的基础和保障。文章论述了大学生就业信息资源保障体系的涵义、目标,以及共建的必要性与可行性;简析了安徽高校在大学生就业信息资源建设方面存在的不足及原因;提出了在网络环境下安徽高校大学生就业信息资源保障体系共建的模式、内容和实现对策。The employment information resource of college students is the foundation and guarantee of the employment guidance,employment research and employment information service for college students. This paper discusses the connotation,goal,function and necessity,feasibility and significance of the employment information resources security system for college students,compares the construction of employment information resources of college students at home and abroad,analyzes the reasons why the colleges and universities in Anhui are short of this aspect,and puts forward the pattern,content and countermeasure of the construction of college students' employment information resource guarantee system in Anhui Province under the network environment.
