摘　　要：结合一个二层砖混结构房屋墙体裂缝工程实例,通过对墙体裂缝平、立面分布、延伸方向等现状及房屋结构布置、房屋的使用情况等分析,综合推断出墙体开裂的原因及墙体裂缝对整体结构安全的影响并提出修缮建议。结合该工程,介绍了砖混结构裂缝鉴定检测工作的必要内容、应关注细节、分析、推断方法等,期望对类似工程项目有借鉴的意义。This paper tells a engineering example that the analysis of wall-cracks of a two-story masonry house. Through the analysis of the status quo of the wall, the horizontal and vertical distribution of wall- cracks, the extension direction of the cracks, the layout of the house, the use con-dition of the house, etc. , the reason of the wall cracking is concluded. The influence of the wall crack on the overall structure safety and the im-provement suggestions are put forward. Combining with the project, this paper introduces the necessary contents of the crack identification and testing of the brick-concrete structure, the attention to the details, the method of analysis and inference, etc. . It is expected to have reference to similar engineering projects.
