摘　　要：金牛厂磷矿赋存于寒武系下统渔户村组第三段,属海相沉积型磷块岩矿床,矿体延伸稳定,其产状与地层产状一致,矿体受层位控制明显,生物成矿作用贯穿始末。该矿区地质构造简单,含矿岩层出露完整,具有较好的找矿潜力。Jinniuchang P deposit is in Lower Cambrian Yuhucun Formation Member rine facies sedimentary phosj）horite deposit. The extension o f orebody is s ta b le, and the occurrence is consistentwith that of the strata. The orebody is controlled clear by the horizon. The biolo gical metallogenesis takes placefrom the beginning to the en d. The geological structure in this orefield is s im p le. The owith good prospecting p o te n t ia l ity.
