摘　　要：本文以河南万邦国际农产品物流中心为特定案例,运用波特五力模型对万邦国际农产品物流中心所处的竞争环境进行了分析,从行业内现有竞争者、潜在竞争者威胁、替代品的竞争、供应商的议价能力、客户的讨价还价能力五个角度探讨了各种竞争力对万邦产生的影响,得出了万邦在现阶段占有着一定的竞争优势,并提出了提升万邦竞争力的策略和建议,如:实施总成本领先战略、技术研发战略、人才战略。This paper takes Henan Wanbang International Agricultural Products Logistics Center as a specific case and analyzes the competitive environment of Wanbang International Agricultural Products Logistics Center by using Porter ＇s Five Forces Model. It analyzes the competitive environment in which Wanbang International Agricultural Products Logistics Center is located. From the perspectives of existing competitors and potential competitors in the industry, The influence of all kinds of competitiveness on Wanbang was discussed from five aspects ： the competition of suppliers, the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of customers. It was concluded that Wanbang had a certain competitive advantage at the present stage and proposed that the competitiveness of Wanbang should be improved Strategies and recommendations, such as ：the implementation of the total cost of leading strategy, technology research and development strategy, talent strategy.
