摘 要:采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪等研究对比未老化尼龙1010(PA1010)及在160℃下热氧老化48,96,192,384h样品的微观结构和流变性能的变化。结果表明:随着热氧老化时间的延长,PA1010发生降解,主晶区减小,分子链上酰胺键和亚甲基也变少,降解产物生成了熔点更低的晶体。但流变结果中模量曲线在低频区出现的平台表明老化过程中不但发生降解反应,还存在交联反应,复数黏度、浊度和凝胶含量的测试进一步佐证了这一结论。Fourier transform infrared,differential scanning calorimeter and rotational rheometer were used to compare the micro structures and the rheological properties of nylon1010(PA1010)by thermal aging at 160 ℃ for 48,96,192 and 384 has well as unaged PA1010.The results showed PA1010 undergo thermal degradation during thermo-oxidative aging.With aging time increasing,the main crystal region decreased,and the amide bond and methylene decreased in the molecular chain,and the lower melting point of the crystal was obtained in the degradative product. However,gentler slopes in dynamic rheological tests were observed when the modulus curve was changed from the low-frequency region to the high-frequency region,suggesting crosslinking in addition to degradation during aging.Changes in complex viscosity supported this view,as well as turbidity and gel content tests.
