摘　　要：要想落实创新驱动战略的发展任务,关键还要靠创新型人才,高校必须要深化教学改革,培养出具有创新能力的高素质人才。结合个人研究经验与相关参考文献,基于国家创新驱动战略对高校创新型人才的培养提出几点建议,以供参考。In order to implement the development task of innovation-driven strategy,the key lies in innovative talents.Colleges and universities must deepen teaching reform and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative abilities.Combined with personal research experience and relevant references,some suggestions based on the national innovationdriven strategy to train innovative talents in colleges and universities were put forward for reference.
