摘　　要：为了迎合市场经济的发展和科技竞争对动物医学教育提出的挑战,河北北方学院动物科技学院提出了动物医学专业实施"3+1"校企合作创新型人才培养方案,寻求一条合适的创新型人才培养模式。以河北北方学院动物医学专业教学与科研相结合,对培养创新型人才的先导作用进行了论述,为我国高校创新型人才的培养提供借鉴和依据。Animal medical education is facing new challenges with the development of market economy and competition in science and technology. In order to cater for the needs,college of animal science and technology of Hebei North University has put forward the "3 + 1"talent training proposal on university-enterprise cooperation. This study discussed that the combination of teaching and scientific research has ? leading function to "3 + 1 "innovative talents training,taking the combination of teaching and scientific research about animal medicine specialty of Hebei North University for example,some certain reference and basis for the cultivation of innovative talents in university were provided.
