摘  要:目的探讨猪辅助性部分原位肝移植模型建立及其术中麻醉处理特点。方法选10头健康3月龄猪,在气管插管全麻下进行静脉-静脉转流,建立辅助性部分原位肝移植模型;经颈内动、静脉置管监测ABP、CVP;于无肝期、再灌注期抽取血气、血生化,观察血流动力学、内环境变化。结果实验5例,成活4例;无肝期、再灌注期血流动力学波动明显,并伴有代酸;再灌注期血钾升高明显,体温下降明显。结论(1)本模型成功率高,可为临床应用提供理论依据,值得推广;(2)即使在良好的静脉转流下,无肝期、再灌注期血流动力学、内环境变化仍明显。Objective To study the establishment of Auxiliary Partial Orthotopic Liver Transplantation(APOLT)model of pigs and its anesthesia process during operation.Meth ods 10healthy pigs of3months old were selected to establish the APOLT model.The venovenous bypass was applied under general anesthesia by tracheal cannula.ABP and CVP were monitored by internal carotid artery cannula and inter-nal jugular vein cannula.Hemodynamics and internal environment were monitored by blood gas analysis and biochemistry assay during with-out-liver period and reperfusion period.Re sults5cases of APOLT of pigs were performed with4cases survived.The apparent hemodynamic variance of the recipient was observed during without-liver period and reperfusion period.Metabolic acidosis also took place during this peri-od.Apparent rise of blood potassium and apparent drop of temperature were detected during reperfusion period.Conclusion(1)The APOLT model deserves to bespread widely because it can be established successfully and provide theoretical evidence for clinical study.(2)There are apparent hemodynamics and internal environment changes during without-liver period and reperfusion period even under good venovenous bypass.[
