摘　　要：针对传统排焦机在运行过程中出现的问题,对原设计进行了改进。在改进设计时,详细分析了传统排焦机在运行过程中的缺陷,对传动方式、轴承座轴瓦型式及滚轮杆联接防松等方面进行了技术改进。通过在直立炉上的实际使用表明,改进后的排焦机较传统排焦机具有明显的优势。In view of the problems occurring during the operation of the traditional coke extractor, the original design was improved. During the improvement of design, the defects of the traditional coke extractor in operation were analyzed in detail, and the technical improvement of transmission mode, bearing bush and roller link loosening prevention was carried out. The actual use on the vertical furnace shows that the improved coke extractor has obvious advantages over the traditional coke extractor.
