摘 要:鉴于圆台形空冷单元换热中存在的诸多问题,保证空冷凝汽器单元的安全长久运行,通过在冷却壁面下部添加引风环,风机从侧面进风来改善圆台型空冷单元的换热效果。首先利用Fluent软件对出风口狭缝宽度以及倾斜角度对空冷单元换热特性的影响进行模拟分析,确定较优宽度与倾角,得出针对单个空冷单元较优的侧面供风结构;其次将空冷岛分散供风改为集中供风,将新型供风方式下空冷单元换热特性及经济性与原有供风方式进行对比,得到换热性能较好、经济性较好的供风方式。Considering the heat transfer problems of the frustum cone-like air cooled unit,the induced air ring is added at the lower part of the cooling wall,with side air supply from the fan,to improve heat transfer conditions of the frustum cone-like air cooled unit and ensure the safety and long-term operation of the air-cooled condenser unit. Firstly,the Fluent software is used to analyze the effect of the slit width of the outlet and the inclination on heat transfer characteristics of air cooled unit and determine the optimal width and inclination,thus obtaining a better side air supply structure for single air-cooled unit. Next,the disperse air supply of air cooling island is changed to centralized air supply,and obtain an air supply mode with better heat transfer performance and more economical system by comparing the heat transfer characteristics and economy of air cooled unit under the new air supply mode with those of the original one.
