内镜下两种鼻中隔手术效果的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下传统的鼻中隔矫正手术及改良鼻中隔成形术的疗效。方法在鼻内镜下行传统的鼻中隔矫正术患者30例,鼻中隔成形术患者29例,术后半年对两种手术方法患者的术后效果进行比较。结果两种方法的手术患者均无鼻中隔穿孔等并发症,行传统鼻中隔矫正手术的患者,手术后症状完全缓解21例,明显好转9例,无效0例,行鼻中隔成形术患者,术后症状完全缓解23例,明显好转6例,无效0例。结论鼻中隔成形术术后效果不低于传统的鼻中隔矫正术,且手术本身切除的鼻中隔骨质及软骨少,更好地保留了原有的解剖结构。Objective To explore curative effect between traditional endoscopic nasal septum corrective surgery and modified nasal septum figuration. Methods The clinical data of 30 ca- ses who underwent tradition endoscopic nasal septum surgery and 29 cases underwent modified nasal septum surgery were retrospectively analyzed, all patients received surgery for half a year. Results Patients underwent two surgery methods had no complications such as nasal septum perforation. In traditional endoscopic nasal septum corrective surgery group, symptoms of 21 patients were completely relieved, 9 patients improved markedly, and 0 patient was invalid. In modified nasal septum figuration group, symptoms of 23 patients were completely relieved, 6 patients improved markedly, and 0 person was invalid. Conclusion The effect of modified na- sal septum figuration surgery is not worse than the traditional surgery. The nasal septum surgery resects less bone and cartilage, and retains the original anatomical structures better.
