摘　　要：随着跨境电子商务的快速发展以及电子商务技术的合理应用,国际贸易发展水平大幅提升。本文在G.Bergendahl(2005)模型基础上进行了一些扩展,在研究跨境电子商务企业投资与收益两者之间的关系的基础上,对其投资回报率进行了实证分析。With the rapid development of cross - border e - commerce, the rational use of e - commerce technology will im- prove the development level of international trade.. Based on the G. Bergendahl （2005） model, this paper analyzes the relation- ship between investment and return of cross - border e - commerce enterprises, and analyzes the return on investment. It is ex- pected that the decision maker can provide the basis for the development of e - commerce system, and also can strengthen the supervisor of the e - commerce system project to better manage the development and implementation of the project.
