摘  要:目的:探讨跨理论模型(TTM)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将104例RA患者按随机原则分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受TTM健康教育;比较两组自我感受负担、服药依从性及生活质量。结果:出院后1、2、3个月,观察组自我感受负担、服药依从性均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);出院后3个月观察组生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TTM健康教育可有效改善RA患者自我感受负担,提高服药依从性,进而提高患者生活质量。Objective: To explore the effect of the trans-theoretical model( TTM) in the health education of patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA). Methods: A total of 104 patients with RA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 52 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received TTM health education on the basis of this. The self-perceived burden,medication adherence and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results: At 1,2 and 3 months after the discharge,the self-perceived burden and medication compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group at 3 months after the discharge( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: TTM health education can effectively improve the self-perceived burden of RA patients,improve the compliance of medication,and then improve the quality of life of the patients.
