摘　　要：先天性心脏病(CHD)是目前最常见的出生缺陷,其病因复杂,涉及遗传因素和环境因素的共同作用。其中,母亲孕前糖尿病与胎儿CHD的发生具有显著的相关性,而其具体的诱发机制尚不明确。该综述总结了孕前糖尿病致CHD的分子机制的研究进展。Congenital heart disease（CHD） is the most common birth defect at present and has a complex etiology which involves the combined effect of genetic and environmental factors. Pregestational diabetes mellitus is significantly associated with the development of CHD, but the detailed mechanism remains unknown. This article reviews the research advances in the molecular mechanism of CHD caused by pregestational diabetes mellitus.
