摘  要:利用搭建的熔盐换热器传热性能实验系统,对一台熔盐-气体换热器试件进行硝酸盐-空气、硝酸盐-氦气两组传热特性实验,并采用修正的威尔逊法分离相应的管程和壳程对流换热系数。实验分析表明:实验系统能够可靠地完成熔盐-气体换热器换热性能的测试实验;熔盐-气体换热器的传热性能受气侧传热能力的影响,采用传热能力强的气体介质和强化传热措施可提高熔盐-气体换热器的性能;Gnielinski公式同样适用于熔盐在光滑圆管内过渡和湍流流动传热的计算。An experimental system is built to research the heat transfer performance of molten salt heat exchangers.Based on the system,a tube and shell heat exchanger has been tested. Two sets of experiment data is obtained,one formolten salt-air and the other for molten salt-helium. A modified Wilson plot is applied to separate both the tube-side andthe shell-side convective coefficients from the data. The results indicated that the system is reliable enough to do this kindof research;the heat transfer performance of a molten salt-gas heat exchanger is limited by the heat resistance in shellside and a gas medium with higher heat transfer capability and a method for heat transfer enhancement are recommendedfor a molten salt-gas heat exchanger;Gnielinski correlation is suitable to calculate the convectional coefficient inside asmooth tube in transient and turbulent regimes for molten salt.
