摘 要:针对养殖场厌氧发酵处理能力不足造成沼液中污染物超标,这种沼液可生化性差、用活性污泥法处理难以达到国家排放标准的情况,将膜生物反应器(MBR)同厌氧和兼氧工艺耦合,得到厌氧-兼氧-MBR的组合工艺,处理养猪场沼液。结果表明,该组合工艺能有效去除沼液中的COD、NH_3-N,TP和SS。排水COD和NH_3-N、TP、SS的质量浓度分别可达到200 mg/L和10、5、20 mg/L,COD和NH_3-N的去除率可达85%和80%。排水中污染物含量远低于GB 18596-2001排放标准。Aimed at the low treatment capacity of anaerobic fermentation facility in livestock and poultry farm, which led to the pollutant concentration in the biogas slurry exceeding the standard. And the biodegradability of the biogas slurry was weak, so it was difficult to meet the national discharged standards activated sludge. In this paper, membrane bioreactor (MBR) was integrated with anaerobic and facultative process to treat biogas slurry in pig farm. The results showed that, the integrated process could removal the COD, NH3-N, TP and SS effectively in biogas slurry. The COD, NH3-N, TP and SS concentration in the drainage could reach 200 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 20 mg/L, respectively. And the removal rate of COD and NH3-N could reach 85% and 80%, respectively. The pollutant content in the drainage was far below the discharge standard of GB 18596--2001.
