摘　　要：介绍2010年以来免疫法,HPLC,GC-MS/MS,LC-MS/MS等技术检测不同基质中卡巴氧及其代谢物的研究进展,并展望了卡巴氧及其代谢物实验室检测方法的发展方向,以期为同类研究提供一定的参考。Carbadox has been used as a type of antimicrobial drugs and growth promoters to improve feed efficiency and increase the rate of weight gain. There has been more concern on the strong photosensitivity and genetic toxicity of carbadox and its metabolitcs. This review is focused on the detection and identification technologies of earbadox and its metabolites in different matrix samples since 2011, such as immunoassays,HPLC ,GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. And the suggestion about the development of laboratory detection methods will be provided as a reference for further studies in similar works.
