摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对网络环境中大量存在的碎片化、非结构化"微信息",提出"微信息"知识化的实现路径与技术框架。[方法/过程]首先,运用扩展主题图(ETM)方法,在局部范围内构建实现信息资源、主题、知识元之间语义关联的ETM子图。其次,通过计算语法、语义、语用的相似性以及相应融合规则,将各ETM子图进行融合,生成具有整体性、全局性的ETM父图。再次,通过构建用户兴趣演化模型,并与ETM相结合,实现个性化知识推荐。最后,建立基于浏览导航和检索导航的知识导航机制,与知识推荐共同形成个性化、智能化的知识服务。[ Purpose/significance] The knowledge realization path and technological framework of ＂micro information＂ are proposed to improve massive fragmented and unstructured ＂micro information＂ in the network environment. [ Method/process ] First of all, the extended topic map （ETM） is used to construct ETM sub maps of semantic associations among information resources, topics and knowledge elements on the local scale. Then, through computing the grammar, semantic and pragmatic similarities and the corresponding merging rules, the paper fuses ETM sub maps to generate integral and global ETM maps. Next, by building users＇ interest evolution model and combining with ETM, the paper proposes individualized knowledge recommendation. Finally, the knowledge navigation mechanism is established based on browse navigation and retrieval navigation. Together with knowledge recommendation, they can provide the individualized and intelligent knowledge services.
