公交涅槃:南京和波特兰发展公交都市的经验启示

摘　　要：通过对南京和波特兰两大城市进行平行对比研究,抓住其公交分担率跌至谷底后大幅上扬,发生了公交涅槃这一共同现象。从其构建公交都市的发展历程、面临的机遇与挑战、具体的应对措施进行分析,从而深入挖掘城市以公共交通出行为导向的内在动力。基于发展公交都市的供需关系,试图探讨发展公共交通与土地高效开发模式的关系耦合,最终以多主体的参与、多形式开发的视角对建成可持续发展的公交都市提出可操作性建议。By comparing the two cities of Nanjing and Portland, we can see that their share of public transportation has risen sharply after it fell to the bottom and a common phenomenon occurred in the bus transportation. Based on the relationship between supply and demand of the development of public transit city, this paper attempts to explore the relationship between the development of public transportation and the efficient development of land. Finally, it puts forward feasible suggestions on how to build a sustainable urban transit from the perspective of multi-agent participation and multi-form development.
