摘　　要：收集分析中医古典医籍中关于心力衰竭的症状、病因、病位、治疗原则的记载,对"心痹""心胀""心咳""心水""心衰""喘证""水肿""心悸"等疾病的实质内涵进行研究,认为"心痹""心胀""心咳"反映的是心力衰竭的一个侧面,"心悸"不能体现中医学对心力衰竭认识的特异性,其治疗侧重点与心力衰竭也并不相符。"喘证"反映的是肺心同病,其病位在肺,治疗重点与心力衰竭并不相符。"水肿"的疾病范围较心力衰竭更为广泛。中医的"心衰"反映的是病机而非疾病。心水病与西医学的心力衰竭更为贴近,因此临证时心力衰竭可参考心水病进行诊疗。Organizing and analyzing record of heart failure about the symptom, etiology, disease location and treatment principle in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, studying the essence of ＂heart obstruction＂, ＂cardiac distention＂, ＂cough involving heart meridian＂, ＂heart water＂, ＂heart failure＂, ＂ gasp syndrome＂, ＂ edema＂, ＂ heart palpitations＂. As a result, it is only a side for heart failure that is ＂ heart obstruction ＂ , ＂ cardiac distention ＂ and ＂ cough involving heart meridian ＂. Neither does ＂heart palpitations＂ reflect the specificity of traditional Chinese medicine on heart failure, nor is its treatment focus consistent with heart failure. Simultaneous affection of lung and heart occurs in ＂gasp syndrome＂ of which disease location takes place in the lung and the treatment focus is not consistent with heart failure. Compared with heart failure in western medicine,＂ edema＂ involves a broader range of diseases. The ＂ heart failure＂ of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the pathogenesis rather than a disease, heart failure in western medicine is similar to heartwater in traditional Chinese medicine. It is more reasonable for heart failure to be diagnosed and treated as heartwater.
