摘  要:目的:观察清开灵注射液对老年痴呆小鼠血液和脑组织中β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)含量以及神经递质乙酰胆碱(Ach)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,探讨清开灵防治老年痴呆的部分作用机制。方法:采用转基因快速老化痴呆小鼠Sam P8模型,按随机数字表法分为模型组、清开灵注射液组、阳性药对照组,以正常老化小鼠Sam R_1为正常对照组。实验组小鼠腹腔注射清开灵注射液1个月后比较各组血清及脑组织中Aβ水平,并检测脑组织中Ach、NO含量。结果:清开灵可明显降低痴呆小鼠血液中Aβ含量,增加脑内神经递质Ach、NO水平。结论:清开灵注射液改善老年痴呆的作用可能与清除血液中Aβ、增加神经递质Ach、NO水平有关。Objective: To detect the role of Qingkailing injection on expression of ^-amyloid protein (AI5), racetylcholine (Ach) and nitric oxide (NO) respectively in mice' s brain and blood. The purpose was to explore the sectional mechanism that Qingkailing injection in the prophylaxis and treatment of Alzheimer ' s disease ( AD ). Methods: Used senescence accelerated mice prone 8 ( Sam PS) as experiment models, 54 transgen~,c mice were randomly divided into a model group, a therapy group (Qingkailing injection) , a positive drug group(Aricept) , according to the random number table method. And used Sam R1 as the control group. Therapy group were intraperitoneal injection of Qingkailing injection. The course of treatment of each group was a month. Compared the expression of Aβ in serum and brain tissue,and detected the level of Ach and NO in brain tissue. Results : Qingkailing injection can significantly reduce the expression of AIB of dementia mice in serum,and increase the levels of Ach and NO in brain tissue. Conclusion:The mechanism of Qingkailing injection improve Alzheimer' s disease is likely related to it clear the Aβ in serum, and increase Ach and NO.
