中医护理在产后急性尿潴留中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理在产后急性尿潴留中的应用效果。方法选取本院治疗的产后急性尿潴留患者142例，分为中医组和常规组，每组71例，分别给予中医护理和常规护理，比较效果。结果中医组起效时间[（1．50±0．72）d比（2．27±1．05）d]、膀胱功能恢复正常时间[（5．18±1．69）d比（6．86±2．11）d1、相关并发症发生率（1．41％比11．27％）均低于常规组（均P〈0．05），中医组患者满意度显著高于常规组（97．18％比85．92％，P〈0．05）。结论中医护理用于产后急性尿潴留，效果优越。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in postpartum acute urinary retention. Methods 142 patients with postpartum acute urinary retention treated in our hospital were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and conventional group, who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing and routine nursing care. Compared the effect. Results The onset time, bladder function recovery time, the incidence of related complications of traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the conventional group [（1.50±0.72）d vs.（2.27±1.05）d, （5.18±1.69）d vs.（6.86±2.11）d, 1.41% vs. 11.27%; P〈0.05], patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （97.18% vs.85.92%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing has excellent effect for postpartum acute urinary retention.
