摘  要:传统的电力系统由于引入了智能技术以及采用更先进的通信技术,使得目前的电网正逐步的向智能化迈进,未来智能高效的电网将和现有的电网有着本质的区别,本文讨论了智能电网的引入对需求侧行为的影响。研究了在智能电网环境下不同类型的用户对于现货电价和需求价格弹性的反应。智能电网技术可以让任何需求量的用户都积极的参与到电力市场中,提高了完全竞争市场的效率。本文还介绍了智能电网环境下需求侧响应在电力市场中的应用,例如短期负荷预测、短期价格预测等。并且讨论表明,引入智能电网提高了市场的效率,并能让用户侧受益。Since the introduction of intelligent technology and the advanced communication technology in the traditional power system, the current grid is gradually moving toward intellectualization. In the futu~, the smart and efficient power grids will be fundamentally different from existing grids. The paper discusses the influence of the introduction of the smart grid on demand side behavior. And it studies the reaction of different types of users to the spot price and demand price elasticity in the smart grid environment. The smart grid technology make users of any demand can take part in the power market actively and improve the efficiency of the fully competitive market. The paper also introduces the application of demand side response in the power market in smart grid environment. For example, the short-term load forecasting, short-term price forecasting. With the discussions, it is show that the introducing of the smart grids improves the efficiency of the market and benefits the user side.
