摘　　要：文章选择博物馆为例,阐述了基于DEA三阶段模型的公共文化服务预算效率评价方法。按照投入、过程、产出、成果和影响的绩效因果关系建立绩效指标体系,并区分投入-产出、产出-效益两个层面进行效率评价,进而寻找提高预算资金使用效率、博物馆产出使用效益的路径。This paper takes museums as an example to expound the evaluation methods of budget efficiency of public cultural services based on three-stage DEA model. The paper establishes the performance index system according to the performance cau- sality of input, process, output, outcome and effect, and conducts the efficiency evaluation in the two levels of input-output and output-benefit to find out approaches to improving the service efficiency of budgetary funds and the performance of museums out- put.
